Amously wants to develop a process control platform to replace process engineers in the semiconductor fab. Production facilities are constantly increasing due to competition for semiconductor supremacy due to the development of AI, but the supply and demand of process engineers who need to tune and control equipment is not keeping up with demand. In the case of existing industrial AI, we are only developing deep learning-based monitoring and prediction solutions in limited areas due to limited acquisition of fab data and lack of understanding of processes. As an in-house venture of SK Hynix, the company intends to develop industrial AI that will achieve true fab unmannedness through in-depth understanding of fab data and mass production processes.
