KAIST Hubo Lab, led by CEO Seunghoon Shin—who has personally validated everything from actuators to full-system performance—has been developing a humanoid solution specialized for precision manual manufacturing processes. The team has developed a “responsive ultra-precision actuator” that resolves structural issues found in conventional gear reducers, achieving both high-precision control and fast responsiveness. Building on this actuator, they have also established a high-quality data pipeline to maximize AI training efficiency.
