ROAI is a spin-off in-house venture from Hyundai Motor Group, developing AI-based robotic planning solutions. Robotic planning involves designing optimal robot task paths by taking various environmental variables into account, and is essential across all phases of an automated factory—from design and installation to operation. Traditionally, this process relied heavily on fragmented documentation and the expertise of individual workers. ROAI aims to overcome these limitations by automating robotic planning with AI, achieving new levels of efficiency and quality beyond human capability.
